Mengxue focuses her practice on business litigation and product liability defense. She has broad experience representing companies in matters involving a wide range of consumer products. Earlier in her career, she worked on high-stakes litigation concerning prescription drugs and medical devices, including individual product liability cases, multidistrict litigation, coordinated state court proceedings, and putative class actions. Mengxue has successfully defended manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers across both e-commerce and traditional industries, drawing on deep experience across  product liability matters.

In addition to her product liability work, Mengxue has a robust business litigation practice. She has represented both local companies and Fortune 500 corporations in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, employment litigation, and contract disputes involving supply agreements, purchase and sales contracts, and real estate transactions. Mengxue approaches each matter with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving efficient, business-oriented outcomes for her clients.

Born and raised in China, Mengxue earned her law degree from the China University of Political Science and Law and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She also worked in The Hague, Netherlands, at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, gaining international legal experience on one of the world’s most complex criminal cases. Her global background helps her connect deeply with clients from diverse business cultures and legal systems.

Before launching Voyage Law, Mengxue practiced at two nationally recognized U.S. law firms—UB Greensfelder, LLP (formerly, Ulmer & Berne) and Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP where she gained invaluable experience in high-stakes litigation and client advocacy.
